SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping Fees:

Free shipping for orders of 2 or more items.

Orders with fewer than 2 items will be charged a shipping fee based on the delivery area.

Domestic Shipping (Philippines): We ship to all provinces and cities in the Philippines. Delivery time may be longer for remote areas.

International Shipping: FOODX supports international shipping. International shipping times and fees will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination country. The recipient may be subject to additional import taxes or customs fees as per the regulations of each country.

Order Tracking: After your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
